All Bid Intent Forms must be submitted by 1:00PM the Wednesday before the Competition
Background Checks:
Coaches, Gym Owners, or Gym/Program Staff, or Athletes that are over the age of 18 and require access to the warm up room, backstage, or coaches areas are required to submit proof of background check by email to [email protected] or in person at coaches check in.
We will accept background checks that date back to July 2023. We will accept background checks from the below institutions: WASF, AAU, USASF, USAG, Other Private Entity- MUST be a verifiable national background check.
